I’m always looking for nice tops to throw on for work with black pants and flats, because let’s be honest – I have about 5 minutes to get dressed in the morning so this is my go-to business casual “uniform.” I really love the Prologue line at Target for good quality work wear, and am particularly obsessed with the high-low wrap top I found.
(FYI, I am wearing these pants, my Rothy’s and my favorite necklace with my kids initials – which is under $50!)

THIS TOP, ladies. It is SO good (and only $24.99). It is a wrap top that actually fits over my large chest (it has a hook-and-eye closure at the top to keep it in place, it is a high-low fit which means it sits at the perfect place in front without needing to tuck it in, but is lower in the back to make sure you won’t be showing anything you don’t want to show lol. I am wearing the Large and I’d say to size down if you want it more fitted. The pictures online show a much looser/boxier cut and I don’t love the way it looks in those photos. Oh, and it’s available in 3 colors and in Plus Sizes.
This Knox Rose sweater ($29.99) was very comfortable and soft, and great for spring weather because it isn’t too thick. I am wearing the XL.
I really love this Who What Wear black sleeveless top ($24.99), as it could be worn to work or for a more casual look, and has some great detail to it (I’m wearing a Large for reference). The necklace is also from Target ($14) and could go with a lot of outfits. The top is also available in Plus size.
I was so excited to try on this New Day mint blazer ($34.99, also available in Plus Size) because I have the exact same one from last year in a light blue and I LOVE it (seriously, run out and buy this!) – I get compliments on it all the time and it looks and feels very high quality. This is a 14 (I own a 12 in the blue version, I think either would work for me). I also think I’d likely wear it with a v-neck top instead of this high-neck top.
I don’t really own a white button-up blouse, as it’s so hard to find one that actually fits over my chest but isn’t then too boxy or loose on the bottom. This one is really gorgeous, and very soft. I am wearing the XL and it fits me comfortably on top. I am wearing it here tucked-in, but you can tuck it in as well.
