New Day Scallop Dress – $24.99, Target (most sizes only available in store, similar dress at Target is here). This is a L and still has plenty of room, it’s not meant to be fitted on the waist.
Sam & Libby Scalloped Flats (Target)- I actually bought a second pair of these on Poshmark (for only $15) because I love them that much. The original Sam Edelman flats can be found here but you can also find the Target ones on Poshmark or Mercari. Target also has gold flats here for $19.99 without the scallop detail.

Scallop Cardigan – $15 at the Talbots outlet (wearing a Size Medium). Seems to be more online at Talbots, but it may be that the version I bought is a cheaper one made for the outlets.
