Since a lot of you are resolving to get in better shape in 2018, I thought I’d share my favorite workout clothes (and I also share more diet/workout tips in general over on my Instagram – @chiconthecheap – I am following WW Freestyle and doing ClassPass as well as half-marathon training at the moment). These are all the things I own and love and wear over and over again:
Sports Bras:
C by Champion Power Shape Max Support Bra ($15 – $23, Target) – this has a ton of support and an adjustable band, and is my favorite style of sports bra that I own.
Seamless Light Support Sports Bra ($9 – $15, Old Navy) – this is a lighter support style (and doesn’t have padding), but it is incredibly comfortable and I like to wear this one for workouts other than running.
Workout Tanks/Tees:
Fifth Sun Workout Tops ($21.99, Walmart) – who doesn’t love a funny workout top? I usually buy Fifth Sun brand.
Under Armour Big Logo Shirt ($14.98, Amazon) – I don’t like tops that are too fitted, so shirts like this are my go-to.
Capris and Pants:
C9 Champion Embrace High Waist Leggings ($29.99, Target) – these hold everything in, and I also love the side pockets. FYI the long length is very long – I am 5’11” and I think they are a bit long on me.
High Rise Compression Leggings ($22.99, Old Navy) – very similar to the Target pair above, just without a side pocket.
To Wear Over Your Workout Clothes (when it’s freezing outside):
