Oh, yum! And easy!

Tomatoes, avocado, some salt and pepper, parmesan, herbs, poached egg and prosciutto or bacon.

Fresh, healthy, high-protein and good fats! Perfect meal all around!

Umm, this needs to happen. Just switch the bacon for fake bacon and you’ve sold me 🙂
